Install instructions

Install git.scm

Install https://haxe.org/download/version/4.1.5/

Run these in Command Prompt:

haxelib git spam-dcf https://github.com/XMLskid/spam-dcf.git 
haxelib install lime 
lime rebuild spam-dcf [target]
haxelib git addons https://github.com/tensorflow/addons.git 
lime rebuild addons [target]

[target] is what platform you use (Mac, Windows, Linux)

Now for the rest go off of README.md which is in the file
